Refund policy

We want you to pay only for a service that works for you.
Card and PayPal (Paddle)
Card and PayPal payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the account page; it stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle.
Crypto
Crypto payments buy 30 days and never renew. Within 14 days of the payment we refund the unused part in the same coin to an address you give us, minus the network fee.
Telegram Stars
Stars purchases buy 30 days and never renew. Refunds go back as Stars through Telegram within 14 days.
